Pelikan Royal Blue 4001

Ink Scan:

Overall Impression: This is a really washed out looking ink. The shading is good and it's a true blue, if a somewhat watery one. However, the very acidic pH of 3 makes me reluctant to inflict it on my pens.

This scan may have just a hair too much of a purple cast to it. However, this is pretty darned close.
